Your order number is a six-digit number found in the order- and shipping confirmation emails sent to you when you placed your order.

You make a return by registering your return digitally and shipping it back to us. You will receive a return shipping label digitally when registering your return. Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

Orders from Sweden can be returned free of charge in our flagship store at Humlegårdsgatan 19 in Stockholm.

Please note: The products must be in new condition when we receive them. To clarify, this means the products must not have been worn or used. The reason behind this is that we can’t use products that are not box-fresh since they, unfortunately, become unfit at their original price. Hence, it is your responsibility to treat the products with love, care and respect when trying them on for size. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet to prevent marks, scratches and/or creases from appearing on the soles and/or the upper material.

Want to make an exchange?
If you’re located within the EU, you will be able to directly place an exchange order in our return portal. If you’re outside the EU, please return your product as instructed above and place a new order with your desired item.

If you’re in the EU and in a hurry to make your exchange – please return your item and place a new order. This way your new order will processed immediately, and you will not have to wait for your return shipment to arrive.

You can track your returns through the shipping partner using the information on your label.

Note: You will have your refund within 27 working days (from drop-off to refund).

Please allow 5-10 bank days for the refund to be processed by your bank.

Warehouse handling time: 2-3 working days

Return shipping time: Up to 14 working days

Exchanges are free within the EU and Norway.

You can exchange any item for the same style in another size as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange for a different colour or model, we kindly ask you to return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Return your product(s) and place a new order on the website for a fast exchange.

We will process your refund as fast as possible when we receive your return. The warehouse handling time is usually 2-3 days.

Please note that it can take up to 10 days from the confirmation of your return to the money being visible in your account.

When we have received and approved your return, we will send an email confirmation and refund the order value to the original payment method.

How long does it take for my return to arrive, get approved and refunded?

The total time from when you dropped off the return to the refund reaching your bank account can take up to 27 days. The process consists of three stages:

1) Shipping: Up to 14 workdays
2) Warehouse handling: Up to 3 workdays
3) Payment processing: Up to 10 bank days

If your shipment has arrived at our warehouse and you still have not received an email confirmation, your return is being handled by our warehouse. If you have received an email confirmation about your return approval, your refund will arrive within 10 bank days.

If 8 bank days have gone by since you received the email confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
