4. Once we receive your return, we will process it as fast as possible. Please note it can take up to 10 days.

You can exchange any item for the same style in another size as long as it is in stock. Use a shoehorn and only try the shoes on a carpet to avoid scratching the outsole. Carefully feel the size as if you walked on clouds to avoid the development of creases. Treat the products with love, care and respect when trying on for size and think of the next person who will unbox these shoes if you return them. You will not be refunded if they are returned with creases, marks or other signs of use.

Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

Orders from Sweden can be returned free of charge in our flagship store at Humlegårdsgatan 19 in Stockholm.
