When your size will be available again depends on which collection it belongs to. We have a permanent and a limited collection, and the restock frequency differs. Your product could also be available through returns or The Archive. For more detail, please read below.

Orders from Sweden can be returned free of charge in our flagship store at Humlegårdsgatan 19 in Stockholm.
If you paid for shipping to have your order delivered, this cost will not be refunded if you return your order.
Please note: The products must be in new condition when we receive them. To clarify, this means the products must not have been worn or used. The reason behind this is that we can’t use products that are not box-fresh since they, unfortunately, become unfit at their original price. Hence, it is your responsibility to treat the products with love, care and respect when trying them on for size. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet to prevent marks, scratches and/or creases from appearing on the soles and/or the upper material.
Want to make an exchange?
If you’re located within the EU, you will be able to directly place an exchange order in our return portal. If you’re outside the EU, please return your product as instructed above and place a new order with your desired item.
If you’re in the EU and in a hurry to make your exchange – please return your item and place a new order. This way your new order will processed immediately, and you will not have to wait for your return shipment to arrive.
When we have received and approved your return, we will send an email confirmation and refund the order value to the original payment method.

We can’t wait to celebrate your birthday with you! If your birthday is within 30 days from the date you registered your birth date, unfortunately, there will be a slight delay. So hold on, your long-awaited gift is on its way, but it can take up to 30 days.
Yes. We’ve integrated all historical data into the loyalty program, which means that you have points for all your orders with us. The only thing you need to do is create an account to access your points. Kindly note: You must create your account with the same email address you used for your previous purchases.
Points for orders made on the MORJAS website will be awarded once payment has been approved. Points are only assigned to customers who sign up for the loyalty program. Make sure you are logged in.
Your spending determines your Tier Level. Read more in the MORJAS Reward Tiers section.
Please note: Your Tier Level is based on your spending after we went live with the loyalty program. You get points for historical orders and can redeem them but they are not counted in order to go to the next Tier Level. Only the spending from orders made after July 2021 counts for the Tier Levels.
Any returned/refunded items will not count toward your points. If you return or cancel your order, the points will be deducted from your balance.
Your tier level is based on your spend during the last 12 months. So, if you have spent less than the minimum threshold for the level, you will be downgraded to the eligible tier.
Shoes that are practically new, but that we don’t accept to sell “box fresh”. These are shoes that we have received in return from customers that are practically new, but that can come with tiny creases.
