A classic espadrille crafted on a thinner single-stack jute sole. The choice of materials and understated silhouette of the upper create a sharp impression, making this a companion suitable all day, from sunrise to sunset.
The Espadrille is handmade with natural fibres and supple, buttery suede. Thanks to the shoe's production process, each pair is unique, adding to the charm of this casual summer shoe.
Suede leather
Split-grain suede is made from the underside of cowhide, where the hide is divided into two layers. It’s then carefully sanded to achieve a soft, uniform, velvety finish.
Espadrille construction
Espadrilles are traditionally made with a flexible sole crafted from jute rope. Jute, a natural material, is woven into a flat base that provides comfort and breathability. These jute braids can be placed in a single or double layer to create different heights in the sole. The upper is hand-sewn onto the sole, creating a simple, versatile shoe ideal for warmer months.
